  Precautions

  1: After prolonged use, the mold must be sharpened. After grinding, the cutting edge must be demagnetized and cannot be magnetic, otherwise, blockage is likely to occur.

  2: Among elastic parts such as springs, springs are the most easily damaged during use, usually exhibiting breakage and deformation. The solution is replacement. During replacement, the specifications and model of the spring must be noted. The specifications and model of the spring are confirmed by three factors: color, outer diameter, and length. Only when all three are identical can the replacement be made.

  3: During mold use, the punch is prone to breakage, bending, and damage, while the bushing is generally damaged. Damaged punches and bushings are usually replaced with parts of the same specifications. The parameters of the punch mainly include the working part size, installation part size, and length size.

  4: Fastening parts. Check fastening parts for looseness and damage. The solution is to replace them with parts of the same specifications.

  5: Clamping parts such as clamping plates and urethane rubber, and stripping parts such as stripping plates and pneumatic ejectors. During maintenance, check the relationship between the parts and whether there is any damage. Repair any damaged parts. Check the pneumatic ejector for leaks and take measures accordingly. Replace damaged air tubes.
